Over time, breathing in high levels of radon can cause lung cancer. Radon can build up in the air in any home or building whether it has a basement, is sealed or drafty, or is new or old. There is no known safe level of radon. You should always aim to have the lowest level. We partner with a local lab to test your water for Radon and use calibrated continuous monitors to test your home for Radon in air.

Air Quality
Home air quality is an increasing health concern across the US. Assessing residential air quality is difficult due to diverse building types, conditions, and potential sources of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We address this issue by categorizing the chemical sources, which enables the creation of a plan to improve air quality. In real estate transactions, this process helps distinguish between chemical contamination caused by the building itself and that resulting from occupant activities. Our standard test determines levels or airborne chemicals (VOCs) and actively growing mold (MVOCs) in your home's air. The report will document the findings, list significant VOCs and MVOC's, and the EPA's Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) (if present). Also featured will be a contamination index showing the types of air-contaminating products and materials that are present in your home.
